My Hitchin

The MyHitchin app allows local shops and businesses to provide details of their special offers and discounts direct to user’s phones. We were commissioned to build this app by the Hitchin BID (Business Improvement District) which is a group of all the businesses in Hitchin town centre. Local groups and people can also submit details of any events they would like to promote.

The app provides:

1. A CMS (Content Management System) which allows local shops/businesses to add details of their special offers themselves. Once submitted, the offers appear on the app instantly.

2. Detailed tracking and analytics – we have built in the ability for the Hitchin BID to track things like:

• How many users are actively using the app
• What offers/deals are proving most popular
• What day of the week the offers are being redeemed most

3. Ability for users to browse local events and add them to their calendar.
